Jimmy Ryan returned to Hi-N-Dry studios' in Cambridge, MA to record a follow up EP to his solo debut "Lost Diamond Angel". The new album "Gospel Shirt" includes tunes recorded at the former Mark Sandman (Morphine) studio, where Jimmy enlisted the usual cast of Hi-N-Dry suspects to flavor his latest recipe of roots rock:

Duke Levine (Lucy Kaplansky) on creative guitars and harmonium, Billy Beard (Patty Griffin) on drums, Andrew Mazzone (Twinemen) on bass, Kevin Barry (Lori McKenna, Carol Noonan) on lap steel, Christian McNeil (Hybrasil) on backup vox.

Laurie Sargent and Jabe Beyer were also on hand to pepper the hot licks cooked up for "Gospel Shirt."
